The player from India had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. The player's account was fully KYC verified, but the casino had blocked it. The player had focused on live games of evolution and managed to withdraw his winnings despite the account blockage. With the player confirming receipt of his winnings and the closure of his account, we marked the complaint as 'resolved'.

I have an account on desiplay.in and I have done KYC verification also. I won some amount approx 250000 INR and trying to withdraw 230000 winning amount but casino is declining my withdrawal request and after contacting support (only telegram support available where they do not respond) I was told that my payment provider has set withdrawal limit of 100000 INR per day hence I requested same but still my withdrawal request declined and support team told that we misspelled figure but the limit for withdrawal is 10000 INR only for 2r hours later on I was surprised when I realised that I am not able to play any game facing error and not able to place any withdrawal request as I can see that 'my account is blocked' please contact support and support team is not replying me. Casino guru team request you to please help me in this matter 😭🙏

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thank you for your reply, sachunarke. Could you please advise which games you focused on while your account was still active - slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

I won amount only by playing live games of evolution. Somehow I managed to withdraw my winning amount but casino has blocked my account permanently and same is mentioned in their email that we are permanently blocking you to our platform. You can consider this complaint as closed. Thank you casino guru team for your efforts 🙂
