I have se 5 17 emails to the manager of DENDERA CASINO asking why I am banned from promotions and when I will be paid as I withdrew in March.

She will not respond and now the casino will not respond to me on chat.

I have contacted them 34 times.

I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. Even though I understand your point of view, please understand, that each casino has a different bonus policy and reward system and we cannot penalize the casino for excluding you from their bonus program.


Therefore, I would suggest that we focus on the delayed payment. Could you please clarify when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?
