I have been trying for over a month to withdrawal. Contacted support several times always getting another excuse. I give them all my information and my documents were approved but still no withdrawal. Then i was given instructions to reverse my withdrawal and request it by wire transfer instead of bitcoin however now it says my maximum withdrawal is $0. I was told this is because i need to deposit within 30 days of requesting a withdrawal. Which explains why I was instructed to reverse my first one. I was playing on my own money no bonuses or promos. I won and they just dont want to pay excuse after excuse.

Could you please confirm that your account has been successfully verified in the past? Is the withdrawal still pending in your account or it has been processed already but never reached you? Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for to deposit funds into your account?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.

Nevertheless, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

I first requested a bitcoin withdrawal and was ask to submit documents. I did and they were approved (i attached the email saying they were approved in original email.) Then after some time of no news i contacted dendera again and was told that i would need to cancel the first request and request a wire withdrawal. I was never told this prior i was told everything was approved. ( I attatched this email also). So now that i did that my account says i have a $350 balance but when i try to withdrawal it says $0 maximum withdrawal. Dendera says this is because i have to make a deposit within 30 days of my request to withdrawal. Which i would have done if i hadnt canceled the first withdrawal request. I refuse to give them more money when i believe there is just going to be another excuse. I deposited , requested withdrawal, and submitted and documents were approved all within 30 days. They told me i had to use wire withdrawal is the only reason it wasnt in the time frame. I wasnt playing on any bonus i put my money on there and won so i feel i should get what i won without having to keep paying them.

We would like to ask the Dendera Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
