The player from Ontario was frustrated with Delta Bingo Online’s unclear bonus terms and conditions, which led to significant winnings being forfeited despite meeting wagering requirements. We attempted to clarify the casino's bonus rules and requested further details from the player. However, due to a lack of response from the player, the complaint was rejected.

Delta bingo online has the most confusing terms and conditions that I have ever seen and none of it makes any sense. Especially when it comes to their Bonus Policy because although you may read some things that are familiar to you from other sites and include a wager requirement of 30-35x of the deposit bonus, if you are lucky enough to win anything with these "supposed" bonus funds, you will not be able to keep what you’ve won whether or not you followed through on the wager requirement. They will force a forfeiture immediately upon completing the thousands of dollars you have to spend and throw up to $200 to you regardless what you won.

My account overall with Delta Bingo still shows I won over $5000 and played $4000 but they don’t want to have a box showing the money that was forfeited in any way.

I would recommend that every one who considers creating an account to play here read the "Bonus Policy" to determine whether they feel they want to take a chance winning with Delta Bingo Online more money than they should be getting or if they would rather go to a more professional and fair site that doesn’t throw words in a few sentences as their last rule of their bonus policy which regardless what was read before this one, it’s the only one that matters and that is what allows this site to be allowed to do this.

If you were to reason with them they only throw out this last term at you as their reason for taking the prize money away from you and I feel if they want to keep this condition and continue to practice this insane rule they shouldn’t be a recognized or registered Igaming site in this province because they by no means are "fair and safe" for people to play with.

From my own personal experience in my eyes this company and their site are acting very Predator like just to entice new customers with an unseen huge welcome bonus and state a 35X wager requirement is required but there is a lot more to it than that. With that there should have also warned that no person will win more than $200 regardless of the amounts a player has won.

If it was easier or simpler to understand what they were even stating in the last point in this policy, no one would be agreeing to play with this rule in place, but it only going to be the company that more complaints of this nature will continue to happen. Nobody in their right mind would agree to take a chance wasting their time and their money hoping to get lucky and win thousands of dollars to then have it taken away and be given $200 in lieu of the $600+ (in my case it was $2000).

This sites T&Cs are only in favour of the site. The house (Delta Bingo Online) is not being fair to the players. I can’t see them giving the forfeited money back to the gaming company that the money was won on…

Dear Amanda226,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with Delta Bingo Online Casino.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can better understand the situation.

  • Do I understand correctly you are referring to these rules of the casino?
If you place a wager on casino with Bonus Funds and win at least $200, subject to the fulfilment of any wagering requirements, you will receive up to a maximum of $100 over the initial bonus amount granted to you, which was used to generate such winnings. By way of example, if you are granted $100 in Bonus Funds, and the winnings generated from such Bonus Funds on casino at the time of the fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirements are $600, then ($100 + $100) will be transferred to your cash balance (i.e. the $100 bonus amount and $100 in winnings). Such limitation shall not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds means all the Bonus Funds and Free Spins that have not yet met the wagering requirement and any winnings associated with such Bonus Funds or Free Spins.

Please understand casinos offering bonuses often apply maximum cashout to the winnings achieved from bonuses and promotions. While worded differently than is ordinary, I don't see any particular issue with this rule.

I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#win-limits,

we consider imposed win limit to be unfair and predatory, only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play.
  • Could you please explain how much bonus money was the initial contribution by the casino? Has the casino applied a win limit of the bonus amount +100 CAD as per its rules?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Tomas
