I am extremely disappointed in this casino. I have deposited multiple times, finally decided to cash out when I won, and sure enough, no pay out. I submitted all the requested documents, they approved my documents on 9/25. I waited the 7 days BUSINESS days, and on the 7th day, they reversed my withdrawal for no reason and did not pay me.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

No I have not. As I mentioned, they told me it takes 1-7 business Days. On the 7th business day, out of no where my withdrawal was reversed. I have no idea why, and the person I chatted with also didn’t know. So I re submitted and they said I should receive it within 1-7 more business days. My account is fully verified and it they sent me the email saying everything was good to go. Hoping I see it tomorrow or Tuesday.
