Despite his account verification having been completed on 10/01/2024, Dafabet support had informed him that his account was still under review, which delayed his manual withdrawal. The player had been waiting for 20 days since the completion of verification. However, we had to reject his complaint as it was a duplicate of a previously submitted and rejected complaint.
