I have deposited money but before I even started playing I was limited to 1 euro per bet on sports. Sports was all I wanted to bet on and therefore I wanted to withdraw my money. It didn't work because they say I have to rollover my deposit 5 times and therefore they force me to do it in the casino I absolutely do not want to play in the casino because I will only lose my money. Can someone help me get the money out to my bank aacount without having to play anymore? It must be illegal to force someone to play in a casino in order to withdraw when I came to play sports, right?

5x rollover is also crazy, i would have to make 1200 to 6000 first in a game based on luck. Please help me

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. All regulated casinos require players to wager real money deposits. This is one of the standard AML (anti-money laundering) rules. The deposit wagering requirements are usually 3-10x the value of the last deposit, and it isn't anything unfair. I have also checked the casino’s withdrawal rules in the T&Cs and I found this:

7.3.12. Prior to withdrawing, a customer needs to complete a 5 times rollover of their deposits. Towards the rollover are counted all settled sports bets with min odds 1,6 or higher (Running, Cash-out bets, Tie (Draw), Cancelled, Refunded, Denied bets, or bets placed on multiple outcomes of the same event are not considered towards the calculation of the rollover; and casino bets placed with minimum or no risk). In case a customer doesn’t meet the requirement of a 5 times rollover of their deposits, DACHBET reserves the right to reject or charge the withdrawal request with up to an 8% administrative fee.

I suggest that you fulfill the requirements, otherwise, you won’t be able to request the withdrawal.

When I confronted him about this he closed the chat and when I tried to open a new livechat it wasnt possible. In summary, I would like to terminate my account and recieve my funds back. It is possible according to their rules but the support ignores it and lies about it. Please help me fix this. They are doing everything to steal my moneyfile
