They also mentioned that they would intervene if the player's account had been successfully verified and withdrawal approved but the funds were not received within 14 days. However, the complaint was eventually rejected as the player did not respond to the team's messages and inquiries within the extended deadline.

I joined dachbet in mid-September. In total I deposited about 400 euros. I accumulated a balance of about 2000 euros and decided to request a withdrawal on 14 October of 1967.45 euros. Three days later I was asked to send a photo of myself holding my passport. I sent it in and instead of completing the payout, my withdrawal went from processing to pending again. I cancelled the withdrawal and requested it again on 21 October. Since then I have contacted the chat about ten times and sent as many emails. To the emails I have only received two replies in which I was told to keep an eye on my email. In the chats I am always told to keep an eye on my email and that they are pushing the relevant department. Again, I did not use any bonuses and the required number of wagers was reached. amazing how there are sites that pay out winnings in 30 minutes and sites where the customer service and kyc and payment department become ghosts. I didn't break any rules, it's only fair that they pay out my withdrawal.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
