The player from Finland and his sister created accounts from the same IP address. His winnings have been confiscated because they both claimed bonuses. We rejected this complaint, because this is agains the Bonus Policy.

Hello,

Basically this casino decided not pay me my win, after i won 340€ from first deposit bonus. I already contacted their Curacao gaming licesencer, but they did not answer.


What happend was me and my sister created two accounts on the same ip. Then i decided to take the deposit bonus, and won.

There had not been any action on the other account

So im questioning the "decision" that this casino made, since it didnt have any affect on my legimate win. I did not bonus abuse, or try to gain advantage on any way.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It seems that the casino marked your accounts as duplicates based on the same IP address. The vast majority of casinos are strictly against two players claiming bonuses while playing from the same IP address (or household). In this case, it is also prohibited by the T&Cs:

"1. Any bonus offer is valid to one customer account per computer, household, IP address"


Do I understand correctly, that your sister has never claimed any bonuses with her account? Could you please advise if you both passed the verification?

The spins were worth 1€ total. And they were sign up spins.

So because of 1€, i didnt get my 340€ win. Sounds nice

laka44, please understand that it is against the Bonus T&Cs for two people to claim bonuses from one IP address, and sadly we aren't able to help here.
