The player's deposit did not arrive due to max deposit limit. The complaint was resolved as the player's deposit was credited.
Went to make my 2nd deposit and didnt know i had a min and max deposit range i had to stay within. I had just deposited my 1st amount 0f 100 that went very quickly, so i made a second one of 150. After not receiving it i went back to bitcoin bar code and notice there was a range of 25min-94max range i had to stay within, Why there would be only a max of 94 i dont know, but my 150 was not credited. When i talked to their customer service they said it cant be credited until midnight the next night?? It's bitcoin , so not sure what kind of stupid delay tactics they're trying to use, but obvously dosnt take that long to deposit bitcoin back to my ewallet, or my account. Sick of these casinos being so sketchy!!!
