My account was blocked on 10/25/2022 on Cyberbet with allegations of fraudulent activity. I'm pretty sure that didn't happen, but the site blocked my account with almost R$ 40,000.00 in my account balance.
I have tried to contact via email to support@cyber.bet several times and have never received a response.
I get in touch via chat and the attendants can only inform that my case is with the responsible department and that my account is permanently blocked.
I ask for help from the Guru because I have not performed any fraudulent activity and I do not have two accounts registered on the site. This is a fallacy of the site for not paying my account balance.
I made several deposits before and lost practically all the amounts and when I was being profitable they blocked my account.
My account was already verified on the site because last year I had already requested a withdrawal and at the time they paid normally.

I registered my account at Cyberbet on the 21/05/2021. On 2/1/2022 my account was successfully verified and on 2/17/2022 I received a withdrawal normally. I made several bets on sports both pre-game and live. My balance had an active bonus and I was almost finishing the rollover, which by the way was very high, like 35x the bonus amount.
