Hello I open a account in Cwinz and made a deposit and start playing..when I try to withdraw.they say kys is compulsory for withdrawal. So I start verification process but my account is still not verified. it almost 10 day I try to Verify my account but not get success. I send regularly messages but didn't get any response from their chat service..please help me verify.
