The player from India had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, his payout hadn't been received yet. He reported that his withdrawals had been cancelled, his money deducted, and his betting limit reduced to INR 1000 a day. He had been suspended from playing casino games, despite having used the platform without issues for the past two years. We advised him that withdrawal delays could have been due to unfinished KYC verification or high volume of requests. We also informed him that we couldn't assist with increasing his betting limit as it was likely implemented for a reason. The player failed to respond to our follow-up queries, leading to the rejection of his complaint.

My withdrawal has been cancelled and I am not being allowed to go to any bet place.

We have talked to their customer support but they are not replying. Someone is saying that the account has gone for verification. My account is already verified.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

My withdrawals have been cancelled and my money has been deducted. I am not being allowed to place for bet.


I am suspended from playing casino. Can't play casino more than INR 1000 in a day.

I am only able to play sports games. Apart from that I am not able to play any other game. All have a limit of up to ₹ 1000 in live casino slots etc.
