Started playing here a few days ago, working my way up the casino missions. Won 25 euros on a multiplier game and the casino has refused to credit me the amount. This has been the case for all bonuses won so far. They fail to upload it to the account and support consistently denies that the player has won anything. They then claim that it has to go through some 'official' investigation before anything can be credited.


This casino attempts to project the impression that they're a large, trustworthy organization with due process to follow. They are doing this to deceive players into accepting extended waiting periods and refusing to pay winnings.

Hi Kristina,


I have attached the screenshot of the winning mission. This was played on Elvis frog in Vegas. The casino continues to ignore my requests and tries to point to my past own deposit earlier this afternoon as the bonus being placed into my account. That is, they are trying to claim that my very own XRP deposit is one they made themselves for the bonus I won. I have all the transactional blockchain information from my registered crypto account which shows the transaction being made by me for my own account. This is the quickest, most convincing way, of showing their lies and fraud.


In short, these individuals are well versed in delay tactics, scamming players, and dishonest behavior.

Thank you for your reply, jimmy2020. Do I understand correctly that you made a deposit of €25, but the casino tries to suggest that these were the winnings from the game? Would you be so kind as to forward me your deposit/cashier history together with the deposit receipt?
