I participated in raffle for cryptojackz.com which I want $1,500 so to withdraw these funds you have to deposit $100 which I did like a dummy cuz I'm suspecting this legit so as I proceed to keep playing my balance gets up 20,000 I try to withdraw and she pretends to tell me that I have to pay a 215 deposit which was not described to me in the beginning nor is it in their policy on their page or rules rule was the positive 100 and you can withdraw these funds remind you I had already deposited another hundred dollars which is $200 and some change on there now she proceeds to tell me that I can't withdraw because I didn't pay the $215 in the whole payment once again which is never explained to me in the beginning nor or in their rules so I asked what about my money that I deposited on there I got nothing back I will not recommend this place to anyone nor play this it is a scam I will reform my story if they pay me and I will apologize but until then this place is a scam and I will be filing a police report and contacting the lawyer because this is stuff no matter how you look at it

Dear Standingonbusiness,

Thank you for submitting this complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’ve encountered.

Our specialists from the Data Department reviewed this casino just three days ago, and the review will be published soon. For now, I can share that this casino falsely claims to operate under gambling licenses from Curacao and the UKGC. Additionally, please note that a trustworthy online casino would never request significant "insurance deposits," especially if such requirements are not mentioned in their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the information provided, it seems highly likely that this is a scam casino. Many fraudulent casinos employ similar tactics, offering players unrealistically high bonuses and rigged games that ensure massive "wins." They then demand deposits from players to "release" the winnings. This strategy often convinces players to pay a seemingly small amount, such as $200, in exchange for promised payouts of tens of thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, once the deposit is made, these casinos typically cease communication, leaving players without their money or winnings.

I strongly advise you not to deposit any additional funds to this casino and to remain cautious moving forward.

Therefore, let me ask you the following questions:

  • How many deposits have you made to this casino so far? Was it two deposits amounting to $200, or did you deposit more than this?
  • Could you please provide more details about the raffle you participated in? Was entry to the raffle free, or were there any associated fees?

Your answers will help us better understand your situation and determine the next steps. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Best regards

Veronika

Dear Standingonbusiness,

Unfortunately, we have reached a point where we are unable to assist you further.

As mentioned in my initial reply, Cryptojackz Casino is a scam operation. Since their website is no longer accessible, it is impossible for us to investigate or contact them. You have unfortunately fallen victim to fraud.

To help prevent such situations in the future, please exercise caution and avoid casinos that request deposits under dubious pretenses, such as "security verification" or similar excuses. Additionally, we have identified other platforms with the same design and complaints as Cryptojackz: Rollerum.com and HeavenGambler.Monster. These platforms are also unreliable and unlikely to process payouts.

To assist you further in avoiding such situations in the future, we have compiled an informative article on how to choose a secure online casino. You can find it here: https://casino.guru/how-to-choose-an-online-casino

We strongly encourage you to report this incident to the police or relevant legal authorities for further investigation. This step could help prevent others from experiencing similar issues.

I’m sorry we couldn’t be of more help in this instance. Should you face any problems with other casinos in the future, please feel free to reach out to us.

Best regards,

Veronika
