i played with the 105 free chip and i played thru the wager amount and when it was covered I came down to 90 dollars, I continued to play for the day and I got the bonus it took me to 8000.00 i went to cash out, i had to join coinbase to withdraw and I also verified my identity with both crypto loko and coinbase. I request the max amount to be withdrawn and I recieved only 135.00. I understand that the 100.00 is the max payout for the bonus but it was converted to my balance. Should I have just cashed it out and deposit it again?

I kept playing while waiting for some reply to my concerns as I emailed the help desk and was not able to find the live chat they mention on every page. I made two other withdrawals that sit pending about 400 dollars each, just to see the conversion. I got a message on the top of the page saying it will take 5 days for them to verify my info, but they did that before issuing the 130.00. My withdrawal amount was clearly what I won, it stated 8000.00, however I did continue to play until my session was stopped by a message stating I am being logged out by the administrator with no explanation and i cannot find any way to contact support for my concerns. I spent my time there, i won fair and square. Why didn't they inform me what to do when i played thru the requirements, or kick me out for any other reasons before withdrawing what was available to me. I will be perusing this further as I was not even sent an email or notified of the problems. I cannot access my account and I wasted my time. I was let down after I was so happy to win. I WON THE JACKPOT ON FORTUNATE BUHDA SUPER GRAND JACKPOT 8000.00 AND I CANT WITHDRAW IT OR ACCESS MY ACCOUNT ANY LONGER. WITHOUT EXPLANATION AND NO WAY TO CONTACT THE CASINO FOR INFORMATION.

Do I understand correctly you managed to withdraw 135 dollars of winnings from the no-deposit welcome bonus? Do I understand the withdrawal was successful on your first attempt to request a withdrawal?

YES I DO UNDERSTAND THAT PART, HOWEVER I THINK I WAS MISLED AS ONCE I PLAYED OFF 30X 3200 I KEPT PLAYING FOR LONG WHEN I WENT TO SEE THE WITHDRAWL BALANCE IT SHOWED ME WHAT I WON... About Crypto Loko Casino ,I am lodging this 2ND complaint against CRYPTO LOKO casino as I haven't been contacted by any one in a support position and have been locked out of my account after winning a jackpot of approx 8000.00. I withdrew the max amount allowed 2500.00 which was approved and pending then it disappeared never to be received on my end, 


I Took the time to inquire about the platform and I went over the red flag bullet points they outline on Scams and the feeling of regret doubting myself after digging for assurance and trying to protect my identity and my dignity. Until I have received clarity and a resolution, I will continue to TRYING understand how this happened and I will pursue advice as to how I shall proceed one way or the other, even though I can't trust what is guaranteed to be trusted I'm looking forward to satisfying my need for answers for common questions that I've been asking for over 2 days now, still hoping im overreacting, so I can take my business offline as I continue to publish the stupidest idea I ever had believing I can trust that plot to screw me over and trust the verified ratings presented all over the first page of google search. I'm usually happy playing my games I enjoy so carefreely. I have never complained about playing online ever and I have been playing forever with my 3 sites and never even hesitated signing in with this place, as I was looking forward to getting involved with crypto, I was a little excited. fml. wow, I uploaded my personal information as you requested, passport and bank statement, i then cash out, 8000.00,after playing at least 12 hours and instead of paying me, u paid the manager what was available for me to withdraw and it was then you decided to revoke my access and close my account
