The player from Massachusetts had a withdrawal approved, but it hadn't been paid out. The player requested the withdrawal in mid-November and the casino appeared to process it in January, but the player had not received the funds. The player had made successful withdrawals from the site in the past. However, the player failed to provide necessary information for the Complaints Team to proceed with the complaint, despite several reminders. The player also reported issues accessing the casino's website. Due to lack of cooperation from the player, we were unable to assist further and the complaint was closed.

My withdrawal is approved but not paid out. They promised it would be but now Im being ghosted. They will not respond to my request for update.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

Hi Kristina, it was the middle of November. They took it off my account looks like in January. It says 1 pending but 0.00. I have made successful withdrawals from this sight in the past. Niw they won't even respond to my chats or emails.

Yes it's delayed but will it ever be paid ?

I also jave one pending with Planet 7 Casino for 300.00 sonce November that they will not respond either. Thanks.

I am sure you are aware that I cannot predict the future, but I am trying to help. Please provide all the requested information so that we can proceed with this complaint.


Additionally, if you are experiencing problems with another casino, please submit a separate complaint. We cannot contact two different casinos and ask them to work on two problems in one complaint thread. Thank you for your understanding.

Please read this entire thread again. You have not responded to the questions I asked you three weeks ago. Additionally, I suggested that you file a separate complaint if you encounter issues with another casino, which as far as I know, you have not done yet. Please note that if you fail to cooperate, I will be forced to close this complaint.

Alright, it seems that we are getting nowhere here. You don't need access to the website to answer my questions. I have been trying to gather the necessary information from you for weeks, but I wasn't successful.

As I explained previously, without your cooperation we are not able to proceed with this complaint, therefore, I am forced to close it.
