The player from the US has been waiting for her winnings since March. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
The casino admits that they owe me the payout, keeps telling me its on the way, but they never send it. this has been going on since march.

I have not made any successful withdrawal with them. I have been verified. I did use a bonus and these funds are what I was allowed to cash out from them. They just say that the money is on the way and never send it.
