The player from the US has been waiting for a withdrawal for a month. Casino didn't respond.
I have been waiting an entire month for this withdrawal. It’s been approved on their side but they keep giving me the run around that they are having a delay on their wallets end for withdrawals. I for sure didn’t have no delay in depositing but they certainly have a delay in a withdrawal they keep telling me for the past 3 weeks every day that my withdrawal will be processed the next business day. It’s lie after lie with them. I have withdrawn from them only once before which was processed in a matter of 2 weeks. This time it’s a bigger amount so they for sure aren’t probably going to withdrawal the money as promised. They keep giving me the run around and I’ve deposited thousands of dollars to this casino over the years and noticed I’ve only had 1 successful withdrawal for like 350$ in which they only withdrew 280 to my account. So of course it’s always some type if bull with them and I just want my money immediately

Yes it’s the same withdrawal method as used before. It’s via bitcoin. And same btc address as before. They have lied over and over

No bonus was added. And they’ve already approved my withdrawal on their end. They told me themselves the only problem is their "withdrawal wallet is causing all the delays "

I doubt they reply I can hardly get any response from them and I message them daily. Still nothing.
I’ve been generous enough to ask them to just refund my deposits in full. They won’t even do that. It’s pathetic how people lie cheat and steal.
We would like to ask the Crazy Luck Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
