They said that I cannot withdraw with a visa to Bulgaria! I had deposited 90€ without bonuses and made it 250€. Now they tell me that I should have made a bank transfer of another €250 in order to withdraw the amount of €500... However, I don't plan to do that!

We have already investigated this situation and did everything to help the player. Therefore, we would like to elaborate on this case.
In order to make a successful withdrawal request, it was recommended that the player uses the available methods, e.g. Bank Transfer, as the Credit Card method, which the player wanted to use, is not available for withdrawals in their region. Unfortunately, the availability of various methods does not depend solely on us, but on the payment providers.
Since the Bank Transfer method requires min. 500 EUR to withdraw, the player was asked to initiate another deposit to reach the needed amount and then withdraw the funds without wagering. Despite our efforts to help and provided instructions, the player decided not to withdraw funds and used the funds for the gaming activity.
Summing up, we hope for your understanding and fairness, and we would be thankful if this complaint could be resolved as it is no longer relevant.
