The player from Netherlands has deposited money into their account, but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I deposited money but in my account under history it states my deposit is "discarded". But the amount has been taken from my bank account.
to make things worse i started chatting with the live chat, but they have no clue what to do and start about cashback bonus while i never opt-in for a bonus and just wanted to deposit.
seems to me they just steal money. Never going to play on this casino again. For me it’s the worst casino around.
