The player from France has requested two withdrawals almost three weeks ago. They haven’t been processed yet. The casino failed to respond to this complaint and we were forced to close it as 'unresolved'.

i contacted them a few times and they confirmed I won fairly and that my withdrawal will be process shortly.
they’ve been good at communicated but not good at paying 🙂

Could you please advise if it were your first withdrawal attempt in this casino and which payment method you have opted for? Do I understand correctly that your payments are still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

my first winning and withdrawal was made by betting 1 or 2 euros so please ask them to provide betting history. So I do not understand was they cancel two withdrawal.
