The player from Netherlands has been accused of breaking the Bonus T&Cs by playing restricted games. Casino forfeited all winnings generated from the bonus play. The case was rejected as the casino stated all the necessary information to play with the bonus.

Do not play Crazeplay (Gammix Ltd.)


I am playing for 5 years on a lot of different online casinos. Never i was not pay out for any reason and never i won as much as this time.


Crazeplay wich have a fantastic platform and a quick

serviceteam have declined my request for paying out 

 € 1000,00 i won and requested to withdrawl, besides that i had something like € 327,00 still on my account, which they also took in. Its all gone. They did put 20 euros back, my deposit.

 

I played with € 20 euro's and got € 30,00 bonus.

I had to wager the total x 40, and I wagered more than 50 x 40 (2000) before withdrawl. Besides that i Also i never came above the € 4,00 per role what is said in the terms and conditions. So i did meet all the listed terms and conditions before withdrawling. You also may not win mote than € 5000


They took the whole €1300 saying i played a game i was not supposed to play, that was forbidden , so they do not pay out. They ask me to read the terms and conditions. But it is not listed in the terms and conditions of the bonus offer. There are the conditions of 40 x wagering etc. They say its on a (hidden) other part of the site in article 1.28, but in the bonus offer there is no refering to those term & conditions. I think that part is ment not to pay out people who win. Criminal i believe...


Besides that on other sites they just dont let you to get in such (forbidden) game. Also on this site there were 2 times i could not play a game (not allowed for your country its said then), so thats easy..


I think now they made a mistake letting me win to much, but isnt that a luck of a gambler once in the three years ?? 


Dont play Crazeplay !!, you may come there too lose but whdn you win (big) they do not pay out.

All seem perfect with this company till withdraw request.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and I found a list of restricted games. I have to say, even if the list is quite long, if the casino shares all the relevant information on their website, there is not much we can do, to support this case.  

We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from playing restricted games or placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to play a restricted game, and, as a result, you breached the rule. 

Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything else, I could do for you in this matter, otherwise, I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi Nick, thank you for your reply, which is very clean. My point however is that in the bonus offer they listed a number of terms & conditions like , depositing at least € 20,00, not more than€ 4,00 per role in bonus period, 100 x times wagering Deposito( 40 x 20 40 x 30 bonus money) not withdrawling more than € 5000,00 ...so i red the t & c as listed in the bonus offer. They dont refer to more t & c’s in that bonus offer. I met all the requirements listed in that offer. I know as a player there are bonus rules. But i dont have to know there are more than listed in the bonus offer, how van you know that as a starting player in their side. They listed the t & c’s and i red them. Thats my point. They refer to more t & c’s elsewhere on the side when you win and want to withdrawl.


I think the t & c ‘s as listed in the bonusoffer is a lot. When you met all the listed requirements they yell you there are more ??? Why put only half the requirements in the bonus offer. And to be honest, if you have to wager € 2000 after depositing € 20,00 how can you miss the (hidden) list of forbidden games ? They also tell you you cant play games of certain providers. How do you know that if you are a nee player which games are of which provider 🤣🤣


I think WE HAVE a point, the casino is not transparant and misleading about the t& c ‘s of the bonus offer. They also dont refer in the bonus offer to more t & c’s...they listed only part of the t & cs l. they do that when you manage to win....Thats criminal i think and not a good example for the online gambling bussiness ...for the first time in years i aan ready to quit gambling , so may be it delivers me something great at the end 😉

Its a disgrace , and they are part of Gammix Ltd " Fair Gaming " ....its a good thing they put fair gaming behind their Compony name because no one would believe it ....

I've checked the bonus windows in the casino and actually there are references for reading the full terms and conditions and stated in every single bonus that they apply for them.

As I mentioned before, there is not much I can do to support you in this case. All we can recommend in cases like this to read all the T&Cs before you start playing specially with bonuses to avoid misunderstandings.
