The player from the UK has been blocked possibly due to his health problems. We rejected the complaints because the casino closed the account without any remaining balance in it.
I have a problem with this casino and they discrimated me because i am register disable person. the account in question was closed down unfairy due to i have a disability (i have a condition called cp and learning difficulty) which i cant remember my logins and passwords.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. I am almost 100% sure that the casino wouldn't do something like this to discriminate against you, but probably to protect you.
Could you please advise if there are any funds being held by the casino? If the casino paid out all the winnings and/or no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.
Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to close your complaint.

I have nill balance.
My gambling habits are in control and I have no issues with gambling at all. I want to talk to the live dealers saying how are you etc and all. I did not gamble because I have zero balance.
