Yabby Casino Voided $5,196.98 Winnings Despite Confirmed Deposit – Urgent Resolution Needed"
Complaint Text / Opening Sentence:
"I am submitting this complaint because Yabby Casino voided my winnings of $5,196.98, even though my deposit was successfully confirmed, credited, and fully playable, with proof from both the blockchain and Topper confirming the payment. Yabby later returned only $370.88 of my deposit, withholding the remainder of my legitimate winnings."
Yabby credited my account with the deposit, and I was able to play normally. However, after I won, the casino voided my winnings and later claimed there was an issue with my deposit. This is not true, as I have:
The blockchain transaction hash showing the deposit was confirmed.
Confirmation from Topper that the payment was valid and processed.
An email/screenshot from Yabby confirming my deposit was approved.
Screenshots showing my casino account was credited, and I played with the funds.
Despite sending this evidence to Yabby multiple times, they have stopped responding and have refused to honor my remaining winnings.
I am requesting Casino Guru to review this case and ask Yabby Casino to provide a fair and public resolution.

Dear player,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Complaints Resolution Center
