I won $850 and I requested withdrawal on Jan 21, 2025. First problem was I needed a bank statement from the previous month. Then I had to wait until I had a balance that was >20.00. Then i.got that and now they are jerking me around saying it will be another 7to 10 business days and that was on march 24. Now it's been more than 10 days and they're saying it will be another 7 to 10 to accept it. I need help.

my account is fully verified actually in all the necessary paperwork and I'm just waiting on them because I've asked them several times I've communicating with them for two whole months actually since January 21st when I first submitted the withdrawal request and they said every time 7 to 10 business days and every time well the first couple times they said to give they said it was the wrong big statements it was it should have been a balance of more than $20 in the account they finally said that it'll be another 7 to 10 business and it seems like what they always say and it's getting really frustrating and yes I've withdrawn money from this the specific casino and I have had no problems in the past
