Please understand, that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. Each casino is unique and proceeds the verification process differently. It can take a few days to review all your documents.

I would recommend you wait for at least one more week, and if there is still no development in your case, we will intervene. Please, keep us updated in case there is anything new.

Hi Kristina,

no offense but these kinds of expenses are here to make the players lose their money because many of them can't stop playing and I'm pretty sure you know that.

In the last couple of months, I've recognized that casinos are getting more and more ridiculous when it comes to their so important KYC.

They got all my info and as you can see in the screenshots they verified my account.

They wrote me it will take up to 3 days to verify it (again lol) and they are also over now.

Do they need now also a urine sample of mine to verify if it's me?
