I have been playing at Cobber for a long time, deposit regularly

and up until today i have had no problems. This week as usual i have deposited multiple times but havent managed to win anything... i didnt mind too much as saturday i receive my cashback, or so i thought.

Today I received an email saying "We regret to inform you that we are not allowed to accept players from Cyprus anymore, that is why your account was closed"

No warning at all and 24hrs before my cashback is due!

I contacted support and the answer was very simple... "Unfortuntely, you can't play in our casino anymore"... thats it, casino wins, i lose!

Hello Nick,

Yes, my account has been fully verified since i first became a member some time last year.

I didnt receive the cashback because cobber cashback is issued on saturdays and they closed my account today.

I last spoke to the Casino this morning when i noticed that my account had suddenly been closed because of 'new country restrictions' and after questioning why it had been done without any prior warning and 24hrs before i was expecting my 20% cashback for this weeks deposits, the answer i received was "unfortunately you cant play in our casino any more", as you can see from the screenshot i uploaded.

Please note that decisions regarding country restrictions are not always under the casino's control. If you had a real money balance in your account, the casino would be obligated to pay it out. However, since you were only waiting for cashback, there is unfortunately little that can be done in this case. Bonuses are granted at the discretion of the casino, and they reserve the right to withhold them from any player at any time.

Even if you had received the cashback, it would not be possible to wager it now, as your country has become restricted. I'm sorry to say that we are unlikely to be of further assistance in this matter, as we cannot compel the casino to act against their policies or issue a bonus, which is ultimately their decision.
