I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue I have encountered on Chips.gg since December 15, 2024. My initial deposit on the platform was 6513.98365 USDT. Currently, my account balance stands at 7548.08365 USDT.

On December 15, I attempted to withdraw 250 USDT via ERC-20 as a test to ensure the withdrawal process functioned correctly. However, the transaction was denied with a message stating, "Withdraw has been temporarily disabled." I immediately contacted live support, who assured me that the issue would be escalated to upper management. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past two weeks, there has been no resolution or clear communication about when the issue will be resolved.


Given the continued delays and lack of updates, I now wish to withdraw an amount equal to my initial deposit (6513.98365 USDT) to ensure the safety of my funds. I have complied with all requirements, including completing KYC verification shortly after the issue arose. Additionally, I inquired whether my withdrawal was affected by wagering requirements. I was informed that wagering activity over the past 28 days might play a role, yet no specific conditions or limits were communicated to me when I deposited or attempted to withdraw. Following this advice, I have refrained from placing further bets, but the issue remains unresolved.


This prolonged delay has caused significant stress and raised concerns about the security of my funds. While the live support team has been patient and understanding, the lack of transparency and updates from management leaves me with no choice but to escalate this matter further.


I respectfully request immediate clarification and resolution on the following points:

  1. The specific conditions or limits currently preventing my withdrawal.
  2. A detailed timeline for the resolution of this issue.
  3. Contact information for a higher authority or manager who can address this matter.


As a loyal user of Chips.gg, I am hopeful for an amicable resolution. However, if this issue is not resolved promptly, I will need to consider seeking arbitration through third-party platforms.
