My withdrawal was canceled without my consent and falsely marked as

"customer request".

After that, my account was restricted from withdrawing.

I was forced to open a new withdrawal to remove the restriction.

Despite this, the withdrawal is still pending.

Live support explicitly stated:

"You cannot withdraw at the moment."

No reason, no timeframe, no resolution was provided.

I believe the operator is intentionally delaying or avoiding payment.
