Hi.


so I did demand a refund cus off a self exclusion crossbrand breach.


i did self exclude myself on rise of bets.

after this i was able to open a account in a other casino with the same head company lcs limited named chalkwins.com


i did receive i awnser. That the amount I did deposit would be refunded 1075 euro.


after asking for a comfirmation i was told that the money transfer was completed on their site 27-09-2024z


after a few day i got a message that there was been made a mistake and that the money was scheduled to be payed this morning 30-09-2024


so I did ask a confirmation this afternoon. And I received a message that the money was not been transferred Bescaus case was still being reviewed.


what kind of tricks are you playing as a company.


can casino guru plz help me out here ?

the casino is hard to communicate with since the support is only online for 1 hours a day it seems.

Thank you for your reply, Amnesys. Please note that the investigation and processing of refunds can sometimes take longer than expected. Customer support may not always have the most accurate or up-to-date information regarding these matters, and it can occasionally take a few weeks to complete such a refund. You submitted this complaint after only a few (not even business) days, which may be premature. At this stage, it doesn't appear that the casino is intentionally avoiding the refund of your deposits and they honestly just need some additional time.


Therefore, I recommend that you wait for a few more days so that the casino has enough time to investigate and issue your refund. I will leave this complaint open and if there is no development, we will intervene. Please, keep me updated via this thread.

I just got the money. From chalkwins.


now I am asking for a refund on there sister site also but they do no agree offcourse.
