An untrustworthy gambling operator that refuses to pay out winnings. I am still waiting to receive my €820.


I made a total of 16 deposits without using any bonuses.

• Date: 2024-12-02

First attempt to withdraw €400. After 48 hours of pending status, the money was returned to my gaming account. Chachabet blamed a "technical error."

• Date: 2024-12-04

Second attempt to withdraw €400. The next day, the withdrawal was confirmed, but the money never reached my bank account. I contacted live chat daily to inquire about the payment, and they repeatedly told me the money was "on its way."

• Date: 2024-12-13

The €400 was returned to my gaming account again. Chachabet claimed that my bank had blocked the transaction. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that they neither received nor declined any payment. In other words, Chachabet lied—the funds were never sent for withdrawal.


I continued playing on Chachabet and won more money.

• Date: 2024-12-14

Third attempt to withdraw €820. The withdrawal was confirmed two days later, but I still have not received the funds in my bank account.


During this time, I’ve been in daily contact with live chat and sent multiple emails to their finance department.

• Date: 2024-12-20

Once again, I was told by live chat that my bank had blocked the refund. I contacted my bank again, and they denied rejecting the amount. Banks rarely block refunds to the same card used for deposits.

• Date: 2024-12-28

Still no sign of the €820 in either my gaming account or my bank account.


Chachabet has not responded to my emails for eight days now.


I suspect that Chachabet confirms withdrawals but never actually sends the money for payment.


Chachabet offers a great gaming platform, but unfortunately, they seem to be an untrustworthy gambling operator. I fear I may lose my €820.

2. There was only one payment method for players in Sweden and that was with a bank card. I have made a total of 16 deposits with the same payment method, that is, with my bank card, Mastercard, the same card all the time.


3.Yes, I tried other methods. There are only withdrawals via Mastercard or Visa for players in Sweden, all other withdrawal methods are locked for players in Sweden.
