I played at their casino, I've deposited 3 times and when I wanted to withdraw on their site looks like they paid me but the money haven't been transfered. The withdrawals are with "succes" but in reality ...nothing.


I tried to contact them but they don't respond.

I don t know what to do, they let me to play as far i can see.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Under what term you retain my deposits?


How was banned my account if is still opened why are u lying?

And of course, we will go to the regulators since i didn't broke any rule accepted on my registration and stole my money but I'm curious how works your mind because it looks like you hunt wrong people here, my PnL is negative so what you win from this ? you lose profitable players

I downloaded the terms ( I will send them to the regulators ) and I do not find any term that allows you to steal my deposits/ withdraws.

And be sure that we will be in touch in the following months through social media/ regulators so let's be respectful.

casinoreview Please be aware that employing tactics such as delaying strategies to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden by the majority, if not all, online casinos. By doing so, you breached the casino's terms and conditions and they were within their rights to confiscate your winnings.


While you have the option to reach out to the licensing authority, it is unlikely that their decision will differ from ours. Therefore, I advise against using bonuses in such a manner to prevent any future confiscation of winnings.
