Started playing CBet.GG last week.


Had my first deposit of 200$ CAD.


Managed to play slots and go up to 800$ CAD. Tried to withdraw, my withdraw was pending for many hours. after 4+ hours I decided to reach out to Support and was told everything was Ok and my withdraw will be processed (as my profile was KYC Approved and fully verified)


After speaking with live chat, i was given a coupon code for 100% deposit bonus, I took trust into the website and decided to deposit another 200$. It gave me 400$ with the 200$ bonus. The 200$ was a bonus that needed 10k CAD wager to be able to withdraw. I was extremely lucky and won the wager with a 4k balance left. Once that was done my withdraw was blocked and was told that their provider for payment was down and to wait 72 hours. (Which i looked everywhere and it seems like this was false and was only to my account) after waiting 72 hours. This morning I tried to login to finally do my withdraw and my account was banned with no further explanations.


I see many people with same issues, those 5 stars are false as they force you and "Pay you" 2$ to set a positive review after talking to live chat.


I have many screenshot with my conversation with Live Chat and video's. Glad I took some proof before getting "banned"



Now they say to wait another 72 hours for their Financial team to review my case.


Funny how now questions asked for deposit, but withdrawal are extremely painful

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals and other issues from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

  • Could you please advise if you passed the verification before you lost access to the casino account?

KYC as been completed account fully verified.


Withdrawal was blocked due to "Banking processor down" once the 72 hours period done, they banned my account


Still waiting on some new from their support team

After having a withdrawal pending for over 1.5 hours with it being process. Seems like my funds were transferred to a random USDT account (Which I do not own any)


Contacted support and they advised me to open a Fraud claim via email and be patient. Seems like it will take couple more days / weeks to get resolved (Which I believe it wont at this point)


My cancel took over 1.5hrs to process (which never ended up being) then was cancelled and cashout in matter of minutes.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us. 

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the casino's overall rating. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue, however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach. 

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for CBet Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate. 

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from CBet Casino. I wish I could be of more help. 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
