The player from Croatia is highly dissatisfied with a promotional offer. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
More than a month ago today, I opened an account in this casino and made two deposits. The first of 25 euros, the second of 12 euros. I still haven't received the welcome bonus for either the first or the second deposit. Immediately after the first deposit, I contacted support and was promised that I would receive the bonus the next day, which is why I made the second deposit. When I contacted them the next day, they told me that they would pay me the bonus on June 30, 2022, because the casino supposedly has no money. I waited two weeks and contacted them again, they told me that I had to wait another 48 hours, then another 48 hours and so on three or four times. Basically, I still haven't won anything. The casino is a scam, if they don't have a bonus, what would it matter if I won something. Don't pay there, it's better to throw money in the trash, you'll be less annoyed

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. What was the exact reason why a promotional offer couldn’t have been applied to your account? Do I understand correctly that your deposited funds are still untouched inside your casino account?

I didn't get a bonus on either the first or the second deposit, I don't know how to send you a screenshot of the transaction history, but 20 days after the deposit I see that they gave me a 15 euro cash bonus and after 21 seconds they withdrew it. On 6/15/2022 I made a deposit and on 7/6/2022 at 17:57:05 CASH BONUS EUR 15.00 and at 17:57:26 System widraw EUR 15.00 and the balance on my account remained unchanged
Could you please advise if you have played money from your first and second deposit? Please understand that if the funds have been played already, casino is unable to credit any bonus.
I played, myself, but before I placed the first bet, I contacted the support, and they told me that they were not able to give me the bonus right away, but that I would get it the next day, and not to worry, let me play freely, because they will give a bonus the next day. That's why I made a second deposit, contacted them again and they told me the same thing again. The next day when I called them, they said that they would give me a bonus in 15 days, that is, June 30, 2022. When I contacted them again on July 1st, they told me that they would give it to me in 48 hours, and they must have told me that 3 or 4 more times.
Today they told me that in agreement with the game providers, they no longer give bonuses and that they will contact me when the bonuses are available again. If the promotion didn't say 100℅ bonus, I wouldn't have paid. If they are not able to pay such a small bonus, they have to cheat, lie and steal from people, you know what would happen in case of winning. I am grateful to them for showing who and what they are right from the start, i.e. that they are frauds and thieves.
I understand your point of view, donsiljo83. However, please understand as well that if the bonus is not credited when funds are deposited it is very difficult for the casino to credit it afterwards. If you wish to redeem any promotional offer and it's not available straight away, please do not play your funds. Request a refund and don't place any bets. I wish I could be of more help. The least you could do is share your experience with other players. Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified.
