I have made a deposit of 7000 using Internet Banking. The amount got debited from my account and it did not got credited to the Casino as after the payment while getting redirected to Casino tha page timed out. Now Casoola is saying that Payment failed and my bank is saying payment is already credited to beneficiary.

Could you please advise when exactly did you deposit? Did you send any evidence of the payment to the casino and when was the last time they responded to you?
