Casino Casoo me ha estafado !!!.

Les comento que juegue al casino casoo, depositando 50 dolares, teniendo un bono de un 100%. luego de jugar y quedarme 50 dolares, entro a la maquina traga perras, book of gold, y gano la suma de 5000 dolares !!!. como es sabido se debe jugar 25 veces de los entregado para liberar el bono, situación que ocurrió. luego de liberar mi dinero y teniendo en la cuenta 5000 dolares, el casino Casoo ha decidido confiscar mi dinero inventando razones ilógicas para no pagar mi dinero. presentare una demanda criminal en mi país y en el extranjero por esta estafa, y ruego que nadie juegue con estos timadores.

We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to increase your bet, and, as a result, you breached the maximum bet rule.

Sadly, if you are aware of placing bets higher than allowed there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Kristina gracias por su investigación , pero le comento que los bonos para recuperarlos hay que jugar 25 veces su valor , como podrá darse cuenta jugué 25 veces 50 dólares , es decir 2500 dólares para retirar el bono . Luego que todo estaba bien , en casino en forma abusiva impone reglas que se encuentran escondidas en su página web, ya que no son a plena vista , en términos legales , se les dicen cláusulas abusivas o lesivas . Ahora por otro lado , es imposible que el jugador siendo que la máquina traga monedas le permite jugar libremente , y LUEGO DE HABER GANADO 5000 dólares , mágicamente se confisque mi premio , estamos presente ante un casino estafador , de mala fe y con poco criterio, por otro lado no entregan una simple llamada para explicar lo ocurrido sino que mandan un miserable Mail, diciendo que tienen malas noticias . He escrito a curazao a la licencia que tienen estos tipos y presente un reclamo formal, espero la resolución o recupere a la justicia tanto Chilena o la del Reino Unido donde tienen domicilio. Nunca jueguen en este casino , me generó un daño moral irreparable , a si que en mi calidad de abogado , utilizaré todos los medios que entrega la ley hasta que sea indemnizado .

Pero que opina usted , si la máquina traga monedas le permite jugar más de 3 euros , luego usted gana 5000. Dólares y después le confiscan el premio , promocionan el bono como si fuera un beneficio , y realmente es un enganche para perder tu dinero , si no fuera lo contrario , los juegos deberían quedar bloqueados para no permitir estos problemas , incluso es parecido a esos casinos que no te dejan jugar más del 30% de lo depositado , muy parecido el modo operandi. Y la considero una pésima práctica , ¿ usted encuentra lógico que él casino le permita jugar de maximo 3 euros ?
