The player's accidentaly self-exlcluded himself as he lied to the casino to make them to process the withdrawal faster. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I sent an email to say I had a gambling problem , I only said this just so they paid my winnings out in one , then I tried to login but account blocked I then sent an email requesting my winnings to be sent to me but they contacted me and said I would have to send an email stating I’m in control of my spending they replied and said my account would be reopened within 7 days that’s the only way I could collect my winnings and we are now on 10 days and I have sent loads of emails and still not getting anywhere, I want the account unblocked to collect all my winnings
