Hi there, I’ve been playing on this site for several weeks, generally playing the same games and have lost a bit and have now won £19k over the past few days - I raised a previous issue about withdrawals taking a long time (my current one has been waiting 4 days) when they say it takes 36 hours - after lots of emails to support etc to find out why, I received this text - apparently my gaming activity is being reviewed - I am concerned that they are going to use my high activity (as I’ve been off work) as a reason not to pay me. file

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please clarify when exactly you requested the withdrawal?

Hi there - I requested on 12th and they state it takes 24-36 hours - now I have received a text saying it hasn’t been processed as they want to review my gaming activity and I cannot get any straight answers from either support or my customer manager - file

Thank you for your reply, Shelley. Many casinos check for players' activity before they process withdrawals. That isn't anything unusual.

In this case, I would recommend that you wait for a little bit longer. I will set the timer for additional 7 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development within this time frame, we will intervene.
