Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.
Could you please advise how many days ago you requested the withdrawal through the Bitcoin e-wallet? Was it approved already?

Hi I had a Mastercard withdrawal approved then 5 days later it was rejected due to technical difficulties apparently. I have had bitcoin approved yesterday. What’s your experience in customers receiving their refunds on this?
Just to keep you updated had 5 withdrawals approved so far but only 1x actually been received, don’t know if positive sign or not based on experience so far
