The player from UK is complaining about an unauthorized transaction made by the casino. The casino failed to respond and we were forced to close the complaint as 'unresolved'.
After reading review of another person here about an offshore casino and myself being a victim of exact same fraud with CASIROOM casino, I would like to warn punters not to use these websites. They take your bank details and attempt to misuse your accounts. My account was tried several times which was declined by my bank. They also ask for your passport, bank card front and back copy which no legit casino would do in order for you to withdraw your money when you are most vulnerable to have your money back. They have €1000 of mine which they are refusing to refund giving me all the excuses since a week and I'm now convinced that they are fraudsters. I have raised it with fraud team and really hope they get caught for cheating the users. Please do not use these sites such as Casiroom, trust me you will repent.

Also, do I understand correctly that you are trying to withdraw your winnings (€1,000)?

Hi Kristina, I made an initial deposit of €300 which was £277 debited from my bank and I made a winning of €1000 which is still showing on my account with Casiroom. When I tried withdrawing the money, I was asked for my passport pic, a selfie of myself holding my passport, front and back side of my visa card and the Mastercard card where I want the withdrawal to be credited and I was confirmed once that was done my withdrawal will be processed. I got an email confirmation stating we have validated your identity but then they again rejected my withdrawal stating we need 75 days to check your sports betting. During this time, I saw a pending transaction of £288 on my card that's when I contacted my bank and it was towards flwshoestores and there were couple of more transactions tried 8 times which was declined by my bank. Another astonishing thing I realised that when you withdraw your funds it asks for bank card number with CVV, you don't have to enter your CVV number with any casino whilst making a withdrawal. I'm sending you all the communication but I have lost faith in getting my money back. They are a scam!!

Also, I'm truly sorry, but we at Casino.guru can't help you with unauthorized transactions and/or identity theft. Your bank and police should be able to assist you with this issue.
So I believe we should focus on your winnings that are being held. Do I understand correctly that you mostly placed bets in the sports betting section? Did you play any casino games? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?
Hi Kirstina, yes my winnings were from Tennis sports betting and Baccarat only!! Yes, all winnings accumulated without any active bonus. I even wagered more than 3 times my deposit amount which is one of their clause. Thanks for all your help so far.

At this point we are trying to make a connection with the representatives of Casiroom Casino, so far we were not successful, however we will try our best to succeed.
We have not received any reply from the casino so far. We are extending the timer by 10 days. If the Casiroom Casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have negative impact on the casino's rating.
Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.
I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.
The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
