When exactly did your account get blocked? Did you also request for a withdrawal or started the verification process? How much balance do you have on your casino account and was it real money or you used some kind of bonus as well?

Actually, I had 150 EUR on my account which I won in Live Casino and when I tried to pass the verification in order to withdraw it, I got blocked.


I want to withdraw my money safely from there and get my account blocked after that anyways, I don't want to have anything to do with them in the future.

As far as I understand, my account was closed on the 2nd of June and yes, I've sent all the documents they required for verification.

I was provided with the information that the casino cannot see the account with the details you filled in upon submitting this complaint. Could you please double-check the casino account details and whether we are really talking about Casinozer, please?
