I made some deposits at this casino and got lucky at the end (wagered the deposit bonus as well)
So I did witdraw 1500 euro from my account on December 31 2021 and today 31 Januari 2022 it has still not been transferred. The 21 working days passed and based on some reviews I read I dont expect any progress soon.
The witdrawal ref is 38178364.
Is there anything for you to do about this?

Was this your first ever withdrawal request in the casino? Is your account already verified? When was the last time you spoke with the casino about this issue and what was their respond?
The possible reason for the delay might be that they are checking your bonus play if there was everything done by their terms and conditions.
Please also forward any relevant screenshot or communication between you and the casino to nikolas.b@casino.guru.
