I received an email from casinorex on 1/25 2:24.
The email reads.
"Your account will be suspended. However, we will make withdrawals, so please submit your documents".
I sent the following documents
My driver's license
Selfie
Certificate of residence
screenshot of ecopayz
I think it is under review at the moment.
No explanation was given as to why the account was suspended.

If you sent the documents less than a week ago, I would definitely recommend to wait at least a week more for them to process it.
Also once you receive your balance from your casino account, they are allowed to close it without any reason given (as long as there is zero balance).
Be sure to let us know by the end of the week if there's been any udpate.
The other day, I was able to withdraw cash from the casino.
My account was closed, but I was relieved to have my cash back.
But I still don't know why it was closed.
I will never use this group of casinos again.

As long as you have no balance on your casino account, they are allowed to close your account without any reason given.
