Could you please advise if you accumulated your winnings from real money or was there any bonus used? Did the casino ever contact you regarding any kind of verification? Are those your first withdrawal requests?
Please note that I would definitely recommend you to verify your account as it might help you to withdraw faster in the future. Also we recommend to wait at least 14 days to receive the first ever payout from a casino so they are still within a good time frame.
