Hi I sent two withdrawals on 18 and 19/12 and as of today I have no news when I contact the site they tell me that the withdrawals are being processed and I have to wait for confirmation from the financial department, which claims to take a maximum of 5 working days, but which then in reality does not provide any explanation or contact .....
Salve ho inviato due prelievi in data 18 e 19 /12 e ad oggi non ho nessuna notizia quando contatto il sito mi dicono che i prelievi sono in elaborazione e devo aspettare conferma dal dipartimento finanziario,che dichiara di metterci al massimo 5 giorni lavorativi , ma che poi in realtà non fornisce nessuna spiegazione ne contatto.....

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
