good evening,


casinobuck advertise with 100% + 50 free spins. After all its only 10 spins a day for 5 days.. not a nice bonus at all but nvm.


I did a deposit after I verify my email. For those 100%... it’s only €20 euro + €20 bonus, so €40 in total to play with.


i play always dazzle me.. seen i only has a amount of €20.. no bonus to see. So I thought, maybe I have to active the bonus or something.. but will figure out later, first wanna play with this €20..


so the €20 was gone, hit the chat (takes long).. but then there was a guy. I explain him what happens and ask for the 100% bonus.


the answer: you already play, sometimes the website has issues, you don’t get the bonus anymore. You kidding me? I am on casinobuck for the bonus.. otherwise i didn’t came. Isn’t it sad you have to ask for a bonus after your deposit?


its normal a bonus will add directly to your account or you have to activated it in your profile.


doesn’t matter.. this person called Max wouldn’t help me. No discussion... if he was just a nice guy, i would stay here and deposit more. Now its just a retard.


if guru can fix the €20, please send it to people who need it. Cancer hospital or something.
