The player from the UK had her IP address blocked despite the fact her account has been successfully verified. Since there weren't any funds held by the casino, we decided to reject this complaint.

I opened an account with casinobtc.bet who verified my account after sending in the relevant documents to prove who I am etc.
I went to log into my account on Friday 25th Sept and by IP address has been blocked and I am unable to go on their website because apparently my country is blocked.
Why did they verify my account if i cannot play in the UK?
I emailed them on Friday, yesterday and today and got no respoonse.
If I am unable to play in the UK, i would like my deposits refunding.

I only ever play on my mobile phone and did not use VPN.
I have no funds held with the casino a d they have not replied to any of my emails.to explain the block.

Jasmo079, I understand your frustration, however the casino can decide to close accounts or block the IP addresses, and we believe it is okay as long as there aren't any funds held in the player's account.

I understand that they can just block me but why can they not explain why?
I also tried to log on the site at mums, so a different IP address and it was still blocked.
Have they blocked all UK users or just me?
Jasmo079, I could access the website without any problem. I checked the casino's T&Cs and the UK isn't a restricted country. This was also confirmed by the live chat support. If your IP address has been blocked, sadly, there is nothing we can do.
