Hello i have 270000 coins which i can change into bonus money but it doesbt work. I contacted the support (answer after 1 hour via e mail) and first he answered and wanted a screenshot. After ive send it they didnt answer now since 5 days. In my eyes thats pure provocation and they trigger theyre customers with bonuses which doesnt work or exist.
