The player from Denmark didn’t receive the bonus, that the casino advertised via email. In our opinion this is not a reason for punishing the casino, therefore we rejected this complaint.
I receive an email from Casino 765 4 days ago, ie D. 15 / 5-2020. O the mail says that I have won 25 no deposit freespins for Genie's Fortune, I just enter the following code 25Spins-1
I first see the email 3 days later and try to enter it, but it doesn't work.
Contact then live chat, but they will not help, they say I have to deposit in order to get a bonus. I discuss it for a long time, but they don't give up.
Then I try to email support, but they are also not chopped in. They further claim that I received the bonus D. 5 / 5-20 when I created an account.
After all, I can't have done that when the e-mail with the winnings was first sent to me D. 15 / 5-2020.
Really trying to explain to them that I did not receive the winnings, but they are completely indifferent. Now they don't even respond to mail anymore.
